Dancer's Acrobatics
For dancers age 5 and older!

Each session includes 1 class per week. Fall, winter, and spring sessions are 4 weeks long, and summer sessions are 5 weeks long
Class length: 60 minutes
Class ratio: 7:1
This class is designed for dancers who want to improve the acrobatic skills commonly used in dance routines. Students will work on skills such as walkovers, handsprings, aerials, layouts, and other acro elements while focusing on technique, flexibility, and body control.
Our coaches provide helpful drills, progressions, and corrections to help dancers safely improve their acrobatic skills and build confidence performing them.
Prerequisite: Dancers should have a basic understanding of cartwheels and bridge kickovers. If your dancer is still learning these skills, we recommend starting in a tumbling class.
Gym-cheer
For cheerleaders age 5 and older!

Each session includes 1 class per week. Fall, winter, and spring sessions are 4 weeks long, and summer sessions are 5 weeks long

This class is designed for cheerleaders who want extra time to develop and improve their tumbling skills used in cheer routines. Students will work on skills such as roundoffs, walkovers, back handsprings, and front and back flipping skills.
Classes focus on building strength, technique, and confidence while helping athletes safely progress and connect tumbling skills for cheer.
