What sets your program apart?

In a word: discipline.

Our program is built on a strong foundation of structure and positive coaching, helping each student reach their full potential.

Our program is led by Coach Kevin, who brings extensive experience in gymnastics education. From serving as a Kinder Accreditation Teacher (KAT) to guiding gymnasts who have competed internationally, Coach Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to every class.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality gymnastics instruction in Dubuque, helping athletes build strength, confidence, and lifelong skills.

Gym Rules & Guidelines

Our Two Main Rules: Be Kind. Be Safe.

These simple rules help keep our gym a fun, positive, and safe environment for everyone.

If a child struggles to follow these rules:

  1. They will receive a reminder.

  2. They may be asked to sit out briefly.

  3. They may be asked to sit with a parent.

  4. If challenges continue, we will contact parents to work together on a solution.

Additional Guidelines

  • Please bring a water bottle to class (no sugary drinks).

  • No gum is allowed in the facility.

  • Students may not go onto the gym floor or equipment until their coach begins instruction.

Parent Supervision

  • Parents are responsible for children before and after class.

  • Coaches cannot supervise outside of scheduled class times.

For children 6 and under

  • Please escort your child into the building and check them in.

  • After class, children should remain inside until a parent or guardian arrives.

Parent/Tot Classes

To keep classes focused and safe:

  • Only one parent or guardian per child is allowed on the gym floor during Parent/Tot classes.
