Tramp and Tumbling Beginner

Each session includes 1 class per week. Fall, winter, and spring sessions are 4 weeks long, and summer sessions are 5 weeks long

This class is perfect for students who are new to tumbling. Gymnasts will focus on building strong foundational skills and proper technique while learning the basics of tumbling in a safe and supportive environment.
Students will work on forward and backward rolls, headstands, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and other beginning tumbling skills while developing strength, balance, and body awareness.
To move up to Intermediate: Gymnasts should have a solid cartwheel and a back walkover on the floor.
Tramp and Tumbling Intermediate

Each session includes 1 class per week. Fall, winter, and spring sessions are 4 weeks long, and summer sessions are 5 weeks long

This class builds on the fundamentals learned in beginner tumbling and introduces more advanced skill development. Gymnasts will begin working on roundoffs, front handsprings, and back handsprings through drills on the floor and trampoline.
Students will also begin learning the basics of flipping and connecting tumbling skills while continuing to improve strength, technique, and control.
To move up to Advanced: Gymnasts should have a strong roundoff and a standing back handspring.
Tramp and Tumbling Advanced

Class length: 60 minutes
Class ratio: 8:1
This class is designed for experienced tumblers who are ready to refine and connect advanced skills. Athletes will continue developing strong back handsprings, roundoff back handsprings, and more advanced tumbling combinations.
Students will work on forward and backward flipping skills while improving technique, power, and consistency. The focus of this class is mastering individual skills, safely progressing to more difficult tumbling passes, and learning to connect skills together.
Prerequisite: A strong back handspring on the floor.
