How To Schedule a Makeup
If you have missed a class, you are allowed a make-up in another open class or during open gym (If you wish to do a make up during open gym, please email us and let us know what date you would like to do the make up!).
Your child must be currently enrolled in a class in order to attend a make-up class. There can be no make-ups scheduled on dates past your dis-enrollment date.
If the class is full, please write in the notes that the class is for a make-up on the parent portal.
To schedule a make-up class, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to the Parent Portal and click on CLASSES.
2. Select the class you'd like to schedule and click SUBMIT A REQUEST.
3. Important: Ensure that “MAKEUP” is listed for enrollment on the next page, then click CONTINUE ENROLLMENT.
4. Double-check the student and class details, then click ADD TO CART.
5. Click CONTINUE if everything looks correct.
6. Click COMPLETE TRANSACTION to submit your request.
7. We will process your make-up request within 24 hours during office hours, and you will receive a confirmation email once it’s approved.
