This exciting class is designed for your toddler and you—Mom, Dad, babysitter, or caregiver! Each week, your little one will explore age-appropriate gymnastics activities, music, and fun movement while developing coordination, balance, and motor skills.

Children will experience a variety of equipment and exercises in a safe, supportive environment, helping them gain confidence while interacting with other toddlers. Obstacle courses, trampolines, and games make every class fun and engaging, ensuring your youngest gymnast has a blast while learning foundational skills.

Tip: If you have a shy 2-year-old who struggles with listening, following directions, or just wants to play, this short and fun 30-minute Parent/Tiny Tot class is the best choice. We recommend sticking with it until your child is ready for a more structured class.

Parent/Tot

2-3 YEARs

This class is perfect for toddlers and their caregivers—Mom, Dad, babysitter, or family member! Children are introduced to a wide range of movements and equipment to enhance coordination and motor skills.

All activities are designed to promote confidence, social interaction, and success in a safe, age-appropriate environment. Fun obstacle courses, trampolines, and games keep children engaged and active while laying the foundation for future gymnastics skills.

Tip: If you have a shy 3½-year-old or a child who has difficulty following directions, we recommend sticking with the Parent/Tot class until they are ready to participate in a class on their own. Please reach out to your coach for guidance!

Preschool Gymnastics

3 1/2 - 5 YEARs

  • Class Ratio 4:1 or 8:2

This class is designed for active preschoolers ready to explore gymnastics. Children will begin learning basic skills on the balance beam, bars, vault, and floor. Classes are structured to provide attention and encouragement as your child progresses through obstacle courses and age-appropriate activities.

Beginner Gymnastics

5 AND older

Details:

  • Each session includes 1 class per week. Fall, winter, and spring sessions are 4 weeks long, and summer sessions are 5 weeks long

  • Class Length: 60 minutes

  • Class Ratio 8:1

Our beginner gymnastics class focuses on foundational skills such as rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridge work on the floor. Beam exercises include walks, kicks, and basic terminology, while bars instruction covers pullovers, casting, and back hip circles. Students also learn vaulting drills, including jumping onto the vault and sticking landings.

Intermediate Gymnastics

Intermediate students must have the following skills to move into this program:

  • Back walkover on floor

  • Pullover and Back hip Circle on bars

This class challenges gymnasts with handstand skill work, variations of cartwheels, and the beginning steps of back handsprings and pre-flipping. On the balance beam, students practice levers, handstands, cartwheels, and jumps. Uneven bars instruction introduces the kip and toe-on dismount. Vault training includes handstand flat backs and handsprings.

Advanced Gymnastics

Advanced students must have the following skills to move into this program:

  • Back handspring on floor

  • Handstand on beam

  • Developing the kip on bars

This class is for advanced gymnasts ready to master more complex skills. Students continue developing kips on bars, handstands, cartwheels, and walkovers on the beam, along with advanced leaps, jumps, and combinations. Floor training focuses on front handsprings, aerials, and advanced flipping skills. Vault training includes half-on entries, twisting vaults, and precise landings to build power and control.

Athletes in this class are challenged to refine technique, increase strength and flexibility, and prepare for higher-level gymnastics skills in a safe, supportive environment.
