Preschool Ninja Gymnastics

Each session includes 1 class per week. Fall, winter, and spring sessions are 4 weeks long, and summer sessions are 5 weeks long
Class length: 45 minutes
Class ratio: 4:1 or 8:2
This class is designed for active preschoolers who love to move, climb, and explore. Children will be introduced to basic gymnastics movements while navigating fun ninja-style obstacle courses.
Through age-appropriate challenges, students will develop coordination, strength, balance, and confidence. Classes are structured to provide encouragement and support as children safely work through obstacles and activities that build their skills and keep them engaged.

Our Ninja Gymnastics program is designed to physically and mentally challenge athletes as they swing, climb, jump, flip, roll, and tackle a variety of obstacles.
Students build strength, agility, flexibility, and confidence while working through exciting ninja-style challenges. This class keeps kids active and motivated while developing coordination, body control, and problem-solving skills in a fun and supportive environment.
